Senator Halford requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 486(L&C) am S be taken up. The bill was

Senator Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent that she be                  
allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.              
Objections were heard and Senator Lincoln was required to vote.                
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered: Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                   
486(L&C) am S An Act relating to the Alaska Securities Act; and                
providing for an effective date pass the Senate? The roll was taken

clauses. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was                 
referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
